VOGO: Implementation of the own share buyback program
The company VOGO (ISIN: FR0011532225 - ALVGO) announced the implementation of a program to buy back its own shares. This initiative was authorized at the Combined General Meeting of June 7, 2024. VOGO has entrusted a mandate to an investment services provider (PSI) for the acquisition of the securities.
This mandate will make it possible to purchase ordinary shares on dates deemed appropriate by the PSI. The purchase price will not exceed the ceiling set by the General Meeting. The shares repurchased will be used to cover shareholding plans intended for employees.
As of June 19, 2024, VOGO held 37,750 treasury shares, or 0.617% of its share capital. The company reserves the right to suspend the program depending on market conditions or its investment strategy.
