Volta Medical will present innovative results in cardiac electrophysiology
The company Volta Medical SAS, specializing in the development of artificial intelligence solutions for rhythmic cardiologists, announced that it will present the conclusions of its TAILORED-AF study during the Late-Breaking sessions of the Heart Rhythm 2024 congress. will take place from May 16 to 19 in Boston, United States, with participation possible both online and in person.
The major presentation will focus on data from the TAILORED-AF randomized clinical trial, led by Professor Isabel Deisenhofer of the German Cardiology Center in Munich. This study examined an innovative AI-assisted cardiac ablation approach for the treatment of persistent atrial fibrillation. The multicenter trial included 26 centers across five countries.
In addition, Volta Medical will present AF-Xplorer™, a medical device that can identify atypical electrograms during ablation procedures. The conference will also include expert discussions and presentations on the future of artificial intelligence in cardiovascular medical procedures.
