Voltabox AG Terminates Negotiations on GreenCluster GmbH Sale
Voltabox AG announced today the termination of ongoing negotiations for the sale of its 80% stake in GreenCluster GmbH. Despite advanced discussions, the parties could not reach an agreement on the terms of the sale.
The decision also affects shareholder loans granted by Voltabox to GreenCluster GmbH. The company had been in talks with a potential buyer but concluded that an agreement was not possible at this time.
Voltabox AG, listed on the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, specializes in high-performance lithium-ion battery systems primarily used in industrial applications such as agricultural and construction machinery, as well as in electric and hybrid-electric public transportation buses.
