Voting rights as of August 31, 2024 for the ETPO SA Group

ETPO SA Group, formerly known as COMPAGNIE INDUSTRIELLE ET FINANCIERE D'ENTREPRISES, has communicated monthly information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital.

The company's share capital amounts to €24,000,000, divided into 1,200,000 shares. As of August 31, 2024, the gross total of voting rights was 1,200,000. The net total of voting rights, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, remained at 1,175,955.

It should be noted that no variation has been recorded compared to the previous declaration as of July 31, 2024. In addition, no clause in the company's statutes provides for an obligation to declare a threshold crossing outside of legal obligations.
