Walid Rouis appointed Deputy Managing Director of ACTIA Group

ACTIA Group has announced the appointment of Walid Rouis as Deputy Managing Director in charge of operations, effective January 1, 2025. With 18 years of experience within the group, Rouis has held various key positions, notably at the head of ACTIA Engineering Services and ACTIA Africa.

This change in governance comes in a context of challenges and opportunities for the group. Walid Rouis will ensure the transition by retaining his current mandates. His appointment marks a first step towards the future evolution of the management, with a potential appointment as Chief Executive Officer at the end of 2025, succeeding Jean-Louis Pech, who will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors.
