WEACCESS GROUP: Successful Capital Increase

The WEACCESS GROUP company announces the success of its capital increase in cash with maintenance of shareholders' preferential subscription rights. The operation, announced on June 3, 2024, made it possible to raise €619,646, through the issue of 619,646 new shares at a price of €1 each.

SCI INFOSAT thus strengthens its participation by now holding 39.59% of the capital and voting rights of the company. Subscriptions covered 77.82% of the initial offer, equivalent to €796,224. The new shares will be tradable on Euronext ACCESS+ from July 1, 2024.

This fundraising will allow WEACCESS to finance its cash flow needs for the next 12 months as well as the development of new products in LTE, 5G and private networks. The social capitalization of WEACCESS will reach €151,540.60 with 1,515,399 shares issued after this operation.
