WEB SA announces new denominator after mergers
Warehouses Estates Belgium SA (WEB SA), listed on Euronext Brussels, has published its new denominator following the recent merger by absorption of the companies Le Beau Bien and Grafimmo, finalized on April 23, 2024. Following these transactions, WEB SA has updated updates its essential financial information to reflect changes in its capital and voting rights structure.
The total capital of WEB SA is now 11,062,885.50 EUR, represented by 3,502,882 shares. These shares, fully paid up, confer on their holders equivalent rights in terms of voting and other advantages, corresponding to a total of 3,502,882 voting rights. This figure now represents the denominator used to calculate the percentages of participation in the company.
