WEB SA Quarterly Financial Results as of March 31, 2024
WEB SA published its results for the first quarter of 2024, with a 7.8% increase in its rental income compared to the previous year, standing at €5,857 thousand. However, the adjusted result decreased by 4.3%, representing a drop of €116k, mainly due to the increase in net interest charges and property management fees.
The company's occupancy rate increased slightly to reach 98.13%, while the debt rate stood at 47.33%. Despite high inflation and unchanged interest rates, the fair value of the real estate portfolio remained stable at €317 million. The EPRA NTA per share increased slightly to €53.17.
