Webdyn SAS launches a simplified public purchase offer on Adeunis
On July 10, 2024, Adeunis announced the availability of documents relating to a simplified public purchase offer (OPA) initiated by Webdyn SAS. This offer targets the shares of the company Adeunis at a price of 0.45 euros per share and 2,549 euros for each share subscription warrant.
In accordance with the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), a Response Note and an “Other Information” Document on the legal, financial and accounting aspects of the company have been published. These documents are available on the AMF and Adeunis websites, and can be obtained free of charge from the head office of Adeunis and the CIC.
The duration of the offer is 17 trading days, subject to approval of the timetable by the AMF. Before the opening of the Offer, notices relating to the terms and timetable will be published by the AMF and Euronext.
