("Alphai News") for marketing services. The agreement lasts up to one month from September 10th, 2024 or until budget exhaustion. The term may be adjusted based on service efficacy.
Alphai News will create and manage campaigns, ads, and landing pages to promote West Mining Corp. across various platforms, including Google ads and native advertising. The fee for these services is USD $50,000 (plus GST) without any issuance of securities. Alphai News maintains an arm's length relationship with the company.
