Western Alaska Minerals Announces Grant of Options
Western Alaska Minerals Corp. (WAM) has announced the granting of a total of 450,000 stock options. Out of these, 200,000 options have been awarded to certain directors and officers of the Company. Each option allows the purchase of one subordinate voting share at an exercise price of $0.85 for a period of five years.
WAM's mission focuses on advancing a mineable and scalable CRD, reshaping western Alaska’s mineral landscape. The company's CRD system includes the Illinois Creek gold-silver mine, the high-grade Waterpump Creek silver-lead-zinc deposit, and the Honker gold prospect. Additional prospects are present at Round Top and TG North CRD.
WAM owns 73,120 acres of claims, situated roughly 45 km east of a barge-compatible section of the Yukon River. Since 2010, WAM has been exploring the district with innovative techniques and advanced technology.
