Wood Builders: Solid Results in 2024

Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) has posted remarkable results for 2024, with a significant 58.2% increase in turnover, reaching €23.6 million. The eco-developer has successfully capitalized on the demand for sustainable buildings, despite a tight real estate market.

Profitability is growing, with EBITDA up 31.6% to €2.4 million, reflecting the robustness of LCB's integrated model. However, net profit decreased by 12.9% to €0.9 million, impacted by increased financial expenses.

The growing debt, mainly linked to the integration of new entities, amounts to €16.9 million. However, the financial structure remains solid thanks to increased equity of €5.4 million and cash of €7.1 million.

For 2025, LCB expects geographic expansion and revenue growth of between €30 million and €35 million, supported by a full order book.
