Wood Builders: Strong Growth in Turnover for 2024
Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) recorded a turnover of 23.3 million euros in 2024, an increase of 55.8% compared to the previous year. This result underlines the strength of the group in a demanding economic climate. LCB was able to increase its projects, mainly intended for institutional lessors, despite a general decline in construction starts.
The company has strengthened its relationships with intermediate and social housing players, such as CDC Habitat and Groupe 3F, by signing significant sales. At the same time, LCB has secured new building permits in the Vosges, consolidating its regional presence.
Looking ahead to 2025, LCB is planning territorial expansion and significant deliveries. The group is supported by an order book of more than 60 projects, representing a business volume of €200 million by 2028.
