XUND Opens New Training Centre at Suurstoffi Site in Rotkreuz

Zug Estates Ltd has signed a 30-year rental agreement with XUND, the training centre of Gesundheit Zentralschweiz. The agreement is for a 6,000 m² space at the Suurstoffi site in Rotkreuz, Canton Zug.

XUND will occupy all office and educational space in the Suurstoffi 45 property, alongside the Suurstoffi 43 building. This project will create approximately 14,400 m² of office and education space and 1,100 m² of residential space for students. Construction is set to begin at the end of 2024, with completion expected by mid-2027.

Josef Widmer, President of XUND, highlighted the benefits of the new, accessible location, enhancing synergies with education partners like the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Alain Baumgartner of Zug Estates emphasized the positive impact on the site's diversity and rental demand.
