ZCCM-IH Announces Final Dividend for Financial Year Ending December 31, 2023

ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc (ZCCM-IH), incorporated in Zambia, has declared a final dividend of ZMW 1.51 per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2023. This decision was approved during the company's 20th Annual General Meeting, held on June 28, 2024.

Shareholders registered in the company's books by the close of business on July 26, 2024, will be eligible for the dividend. The last trading day to qualify for the dividend on the Lusaka Securities Exchange is set for July 23, 2024, with payments scheduled for July 29, 2024.

Shareholders on the London Stock Exchange and Paris Marché Libre will also receive dividend payments on July 29, 2024, following the closure of the transfer books on July 26 and July 25, respectively.
