ZEAL Network SE Increases 2024 Financial Guidance Amid Jackpot Success

ZEAL Network SE has adjusted its financial guidance for 2024, citing exceptional results from jackpot activities. Preliminary data shows that the company has already surpassed its revenue and EBITDA projections for November. As a result, ZEAL now anticipates revenues between EUR 175 million and EUR 185 million, compared to the earlier forecast of EUR 158 million to EUR 168 million.

The EBITDA expectations have also been revised upwards to a range of EUR 55 million to EUR 59 million, notably higher than the previous estimate of EUR 42 million to EUR 46 million. The improved outlook is attributed to a significant number of maximum jackpots recorded in November and December. In 2024, the maximum jackpot was hit 13 times, a notable increase from just 5 times in 2023.

ZEAL will release its 2024 Annual Report, which includes projections for 2025, on 26 March 2025.
