ZEAL Network SE Increases Basic Dividend and Confirms Targets

ZEAL Network SE, a leading German online lottery provider, announced an increase in its basic dividend and reaffirmed its market targets during its Annual General Meeting. This year marks the company's 25th anniversary. Attendance at the meeting reached approximately 72 percent of the voting capital.

Helmut Becker, CEO of ZEAL, emphasized the significance of the event, mentioning the company's achievements in increasing brand awareness and strengthening customer loyalty. He confirmed the goal of capturing a 50 percent market share in the long term.

The shareholders approved a basic dividend increase from €1.00 to €1.10 per share, resulting in a total payout of €23.8 million, compared to €78 million the previous year. This increase underscores ZEAL's commitment to its growth strategy and shareholder value.
