ZenaTech Embarks on Strategic Acquisitions for Drone Service Expansion
ZenaTech Inc., a technology firm specializing in AI-driven drone solutions, has announced plans to launch Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) by acquiring multiple companies. This initiative aims to integrate ZenaDrone's technology, potentially boosting revenue and global market reach.
The DaaS model allows clients across agriculture, oil and gas, and government sectors to utilize drone solutions on a pay-as-you-go basis, enhancing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. ZenaTech's AI drones will be available directly from the company and its partners.
CEO Shaun Passley highlighted that around 20 acquisition targets have been identified, with several under negotiation, supported by financing from current shareholders. The company’s strategic growth via acquisitions aims to position ZenaTech as a leader in the DaaS market.
