ZTEST Announces Results of Annual Meeting

NORTH YORK, ON / ACCESSWIRE / July 12, 2024 / ZTEST Electronics Inc. ("ZTEST" or the "Company") (CSE:ZTE) has announced the election of Steve Smith, Dean Tyliakos, Derrick Strickland, and William R. Johnstone to the Board of Directors. This took place at the annual meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, July 11, 2024. K. Michael Guerrerio resigned from the Board to pursue other interests. The Board of Directors and management expressed their gratitude for his valuable contributions and wished him well for the future.

Other decisions at the meeting included the appointment of Kreston GTA LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants as auditors for the upcoming year. Additionally, a new 10% rolling Stock Option Plan was approved.
