On 13 March 2025, Aéroports de Paris SA (the “Company”) rated A- (stable outlook) by Standard &

Poor's, successfully completed a new bond issue in two tranches, for a total amount of 1,000,000,000 euros (the “New Notes”), with the following characteristics:

500,000,000 euros bond

-      Maturity: 8 years

-      Format: Fixed rate  

-      Redemption: in fine  

-      Annual rate: 3.500%

-      Re-offer spread: 105 bps over mid swap

-      Re-offer yield: 3.694%

-      Settlement date: 20 March 2025

-      Maturity date: 20 March 2033

500,000,000 euros bond

-      Maturity: 11 years

-      Format: Fixed rate  

-      Redemption: in fine  

-      Annual rate: 3.750%

-      Re-offer spread: 120 bps over mid swap

-      Re-offer yield: 3.940%

-      Settlement date: 20 March 2025

-      Maturity date: 20 March 2036

It is reminded that on 13 March 2025 the Company launched a tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) for its bonds issued on April 2, 2020 (ISIN: FR0013505625) (the "Existing Notes").[1] The Tender Offer, which will expire on 19 March 2025 at 5:00 p.m. (Paris time), is subject to the terms and conditions described in more detail in the Tender Offer Memorandum dated 13 March 2025. 

The Tender Offer and the issue of the New Notes are in line with the Company's policy of dynamic management of its debt profile. Such transactions contribute to balancing the maturity profile of the bonds issued by the Company.
