AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVS.SW) – Revenues from operating divisions are increasing, with positive forecasts for the current year. Growth for 1Q2024 is 7.2%.
AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVIS) reported consolidated revenues for the first quarter of 2024 of CHF 281.9 million (1Q2023: CHF 263.0 million), an increase of 7.2%. AEVIS's operating divisions, Swiss Medical Network and MRH Switzerland AG, performed very well in the first quarter of 2024, with organic revenue growth of 6.2%. Growth continues in the second quarter and the Group is actively working to reduce operating costs.
Swiss Medical Network SA achieved revenues of CHF 213.0 million (1Q2023: CHF 203.6 million), up by 4.6%. All Swiss Medical Network hospitals have contracts with all Swiss insurance companies. On 1 January 2024, Swiss Medical Network launched the first integrated care region in the Jura Arc with the exclusive insurance product «Viva», developed in partnership with Visana. With «Viva», Visana and Swiss Medical Network are leading a radical transformation of the healthcare system in Switzerland. Other regions will follow in 2025 and 2026.
Fabrice Zumbrunnen, CEO of AEVIS, also took over the position as Delegate of the Board of Directors of Swiss Medical Network on 1 May 2024, replacing Antoine Hubert, who remains on the Board of Directors. Since June 2023, Fabrice Zumbrunnen has been actively involved in the implementation of «Viva» alongside the teams of Réseau de l’Arc.
MRH Switzerland AG (formerly Victoria-Jungfrau AG) continued to grow with consolidated revenues up 15.0% to CHF 64.7 million (1Q2023: CHF 56.3 million), driven by organic growth of 13.8%, particularly in Davos, Interlaken, and Zermatt.
