Proxy documents for the Combined Shareholders’ General Meeting  called for April 30, 2024

Chargeurs shareholders are called to attend A Combined General Meeting to be held on:

The notice of meeting and the proxy documents, including the meeting agenda, details of the proposed draft resolutions and instructions on how to participate and vote, were published in the Bulletin d’Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO), n°37, on March 25^th, 2024. A convocation notice, amending the meeting notice, including the main terms and conditions of participation and voting was published in the BALO, n°44, on April 10^th, 2024.

These two notices can be consulted on the Company's website www.chargeurs.com.

The documents and information referred to in Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code are available to shareholders on the Group's website www.chargeurs.com- in the "Investors" tab -"General Meeting of Shareholders " section, as of the meeting date, in accordance with the law.
