Eiffage renews its €2 billion revolving credit facility 

Eiffage announces the signing today of the renewal of its revolving credit facility "RCF". Amounting to €2 billion and without financial covenant, this RCF was oversubscribed by a syndicate of 17 relationship banks, reflecting their confidence in the Group.

Concluded for a period of 5 years with two possible extensions of one year each, this facility extends the Group's financing horizon in accordance with its prudent liquidity management. This committed credit facility is currently undrawn and is intended to finance general corporate purposes.
