Aricolin Investments SA, Madrid, as the issuer of the bearer bonds 2019, ISIN: DE000A2R28T1 - WKN A2R28T, hereby announces the following: On the basis of updated internal projections, it is currently highly likely that the bonds will not be repaid at their full nominal value at the current maturity date of March 31, 2025 due to unforeseen circumstances. Current predictions yield a worst-case scenario where investors would receive approximately 61 per cent of their capital, while base case and optimistic case yield a return between approximately 82 per cent and 94 per cent. The issuer is currently preparing a proposal for the bondholders on how to proceed. This proposal will include an extension of the bond's term. The amount of the repayment and the profit share will depend to a large extent on the extent to which the disputed claims from project development can be realized. The issuer intends to approach the bondholders with the details of the current situation and the proposal in the course of next week.
