In connection with the bond physible Enterprise I 18/23 (ISIN / WKN: DE000A2LQST9 / A2LQST), the rating agency Scope Hamburg GmbH has issued ratings for physible GmbH and KGAL GmbH & Co. KG (guarantor of the bond) last issued in 2022 (issue and issuer rating).
Scope Hamburg GmbH had announced on its website in February 2023 that it had formally notified the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) to expressly renounce its registration as Credit Rating Agency. Following the upcoming announcement of ESMA’s decision of the renouncement of Scope Hamburg’s registration as a Credit Rating Agency, Scope Hamburg will share the effective date on its website once ESMA has announced its decision.
The ratings issued by Scope Hamburg GmbH in 2022 for physible GmbH and KGAL GmbH & Co. KG will cease to be valid at the latest 3 months after the announcement of the effective date of the decision by ESMA. Until this date, the ratings will be made available via the website of physible GmbH.
Due to the final maturity and redemption of the bond on 15.10.2023, the management of physible GmbH and KGAL GmbH & Co. KG have now decided that no more follow-up ratings will be commissioned for 2023, as their regular preparation and publication would only take place a few days before the redemption date.
The publication of the individual and consolidated financial statements of the aforementioned companies in the companies register is scheduled for 28 April 2023.
