Oversubscribed capital increase for Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial (SPSS IFC)
Swiss Prime Site Solutions / Key word(s): Capital Increase Press Release Qualified investors were able to purchase fund units during the subscription period for the fourth capital increase, which ran from 27 October to 7 November 2025. The issue was met with high demand and was significantly oversubscribed, resulting in the target volume of CHF 42 million being exceeded (subscription ratio 8:1). A total of 389 959 new units were issued. After the payment date, a total of 3 509 632 units will be in circulation. The fourth capital increase is the last before the SPSS IFC is listed on the stock exchange on 9 December 2025. From this date, private investors will also have access to the mutual fund. «We are grateful for the strong interest in our fourth capital increase.
