bioMérieux announces the availability of preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting scheduled for May 15, 2025. This meeting will be held at 9 a.m. at the company's headquarters, located in Marcy l'Étoile.
The agenda, voting procedures and resolution texts are available, as indicated in the legal notices bulletin of March 14, 2025. To obtain these documents, shareholders can contact UPTEVIA in Pantin or use the dedicated email address.
Additional information, in accordance with Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, will be available on the official bioMérieux website three weeks before the event.
