ALTAREIT publishes its own securities transactions report for April 2024
ALTAREIT has revealed details of its own stock transactions for the month of April 2024. According to the report, the Paris-based company made a total of 23 purchases and 46 sales of shares during the month. These operations were carried out mainly via the financial intermediary Kepler Cheuvreux as part of a liquidity contract.
The document also specifies that, at the end of the month, ALTAREIT directly and indirectly held 0.01% of its capital, or 243 shares, a slight decrease compared to the balance of 264 shares at the end of March 2024. The prices of the transactions carried out fluctuated mainly between 458 and 468 euros.
