Crossing of thresholds by Flat Footed LLC in Clariane SE

Flat Footed LLC, through funds under its management, has crossed the threshold of 10% of the capital and voting rights of Clariane SE. This crossing was made official on June 10, 2024, following a reserved capital increase. The company now holds 14,995,644 shares, or 10.53% of the capital and voting rights.

Flat Footed LLC's holdings are divided between FF Hybrid LP, Flat Footed Series LLC - Fund 4 and GP Recovery Fund LLC. In addition, it has bonds of indefinite duration (odirnane) as well as bonds convertible or exchangeable into shares (oceanes).

Flat Footed LLC declared that it was acting within the normal course of its activities, without intending to control Clariane SE or modify its management. No concert with a third party is planned. The company also does not plan to seek board nominations in the next six months.
