NRJ Group and NRJ 12 refer ARCOM to the Council of State
NRJ Group and its channel NRJ 12 have decided to refer the matter to the Council of State. They are requesting the suspension and cancellation of the ARCOM measure of July 24, 2024. This decision did not include NRJ 12 among the pre-selected channels.
NRJ Group considers this measure to be unjustified and detrimental to NRJ 12. The group therefore quickly initiated legal action to defend its rights, hoping to obtain a favorable response from the administrative judge.
The media group has clearly stated its intention to defend its position in the television market. It is prepared to explore all possible avenues of appeal to challenge this decision.
