Quadient signs contract for share buyback program
Quadient SA (Euronext Paris: QDT) has signed a share repurchase agreement with an investment services provider. This agreement aims to implement the share repurchase program announced on September 23, 2024.
The service provider will be responsible for acquiring shares for a maximum amount of €30 million over a period of up to 18 months. This program was authorized by the Annual General Meeting of June 14, 2024. Quadient plans to cancel the repurchased shares, except for those representing a maximum amount of €10 million which will be intended for long-term incentive plans for employees and executives.
The buybacks will comply with market conditions and applicable regulations. Quadient announces that there is no agreement with its current shareholders regarding participation in the program.
