Saint-Gobain has reported the completion of share buyback transactions carried out between May 21 and May 24, 2024. These actions align with the authorization provided by the Annual General Meeting on June 8, 2023, under the 13th resolution.
During this period, Saint-Gobain repurchased a total of 659,874 shares, with the transactions spread over various markets including AQEU, CEUX, TQEX, and XPAR. The average purchase price was €80.880 per share, resulting in a total expenditure of €53,370,826.
Daily buyback details are as follows: - On May 21, 98,450 shares were bought at an average price of €80.939. - On May 22, 195,520 shares were bought at €80.322. - On May 23, 197,104 shares were bought at €80.919. - On May 24, 168,800 shares were bought at €81.448.
