Threshold crossings and declarations of intent at SOGECLAIR

On September 9, 2024, SOGECLAIR, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, published declarations of threshold crossings and intentions. Alexandre Robardey declared having crossed upwards the threshold of 5% of voting rights in AGM, holding 7.54% of the capital and 5.12% of the voting rights in AGM.

In August, Alexandre and Antoine Robardey individually crossed the thresholds of 10% of the capital upwards. Alexandre Robardey thus holds 10.66% of the capital and 12.57% of the voting rights in the EGM, while Antoine Robardey holds 11.20% of the capital and 13.22% of the voting rights in the EGM.

These movements are the result of donations of shares by Philippe Robardey. The latter saw his share fall to 24.82% of the capital and to 29.29% of the voting rights in AGMs and EGMs.

Despite these changes, no threshold has been crossed by the Robardey family concert which still holds 69.40% of the capital.
