TotalEnergies Reports Share Repurchase Activities

Paris, September 24, 2024 – TotalEnergies SE announced the recent purchase of its own shares, conducted between September 16 and September 20, 2024. This action follows the authorizations granted during the shareholders' general meeting on May 24, 2024, allowing the company to trade on its shares under applicable law.

During the specified period, TotalEnergies acquired a total of 2,675,931 shares. These purchases, with an average price of 61.660711 EUR per share, resulted in a total expenditure of 164,999,807.63 EUR across multiple transactions on various markets. The transactions were executed on XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU with varying daily volumes and prices.
