Vivendi details its share buyback program

On July 25, 2024, Vivendi published a supplement to the description of its share buyback program authorized by the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders of April 29, 2024. This supplement is in accordance with articles 241-1 and 241-2 of the General Regulations. of the Financial Markets Authority.

Since the start of the program on April 30, 2024, Vivendi has repurchased 7,419,361 shares, representing 0.72% of its capital. As of July 25, 2024, the company held 20,379,478 shares, or 1.98% of its share capital.

The majority of shares repurchased are intended to be canceled. The program plans to repurchase a maximum of 25,407,259 shares, equivalent to 2.47% of the share capital.

The Management Board has set the implementation of this program until October 28, 2025. The maximum purchase price is 16 euros per share.

Vivendi is committed to executing this program through an independent service provider, with implementation running from July 26 to September 9, 2024.
