Volatus Aerospace Secures $15 Million in Financing

Volatus Aerospace Inc., active in air solutions, has successfully closed a $15 million financing. Investissement Québec and Export Development Canada (EDC) each provided $7.5 million. This support will allow the company to expand its activities, particularly in energy, public safety and infrastructure. Through a convertible debenture and a term loan, Volatus hopes to achieve its profitability objectives while stimulating internal and external growth. The project also involves the relocation of the head office to Quebec, promoting technological development and local innovation.
